NBN builders 'really struggling'

NBN Co's construction partners are complaining they are "losing significant money" on the broadband network project. Theiss CEO Bruce Munro told an Infrastructure Australia conference in Sydney on 18 October 2013 that many companies were so eager to win contracts that they did not pay sufficient attention to the costs. Visionstream and Silcar have asked the Coalition Government to pay them higher rates for their work on the network.
