Cheap trumps fast or bundled as reason to pick ISP

A Roy Morgan Single Source survey has found that 60 per cent of New Zealanders aged 14+ who chose their current ISP in the year to August 2013 did so in order to get a cheaper or better deal. This compares with 55 per cent in the year to August 2012. Meanwhile, 11 per cent of respondents nominated a faster connection speed as the main reason for choosing their ISP, while bundling internet access with other services was cited by 14 per cent.
