Fujitsu Establishes Subsidiary to Promote Employment of People with Disabilities


(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 02 December 2013 Release date- 02122013 - Tokyo - Fujitsu today announced the establishment of Fujitsu Harmony Limited, a subsidiary that aims to further promote the employment of people with disabilities.



Once it is up and running, it is expected to designated as a 'special subsidiary company'(1) in accordance with the Law for Employment Promotion, etc., of the Disabled(2).

Fujitsu has positioned embracing diversity as a priority task of the Fujitsu Group corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies and promotes diversity in its human resources irrespective of nationality, gender, age, disability, or values, to enable the growth of both the company and of individuals.


At Fujitsu, people with disabilities work in a variety of positions, including sales, systems engineering, and R&D.
