(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 02 December 2013
Release date- 29112013 - LabTech Software, the only powerful, robust-featured remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform developed by a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Managed Service Providers, has signed a distribution agreement with Blue Solutions.
The consultancy-led software distributor will be responsible for recruiting resellers that want to transform their businesses into successful managed services operations using LabTech RMM. Blue Solutions is the only UK distributor to provide RMM software to the UK channel.
LabTech owns a significant share of the market in the US. In 2011, LabTech gained an estimated 100 new MSPs per month.
The latest version of LabTech RMM is a cost-effective, robust solution that enables MSPs to provide non-disruptive, remote IT support to customers with centralised visibility into their systems - resulting in increased speed of problem resolution, better customer service levels and recurring revenue for the MSP. With more than 400 installed monitors and 300 pre-packaged scripts, LabTech RMM extends key areas of usability, centralised multivendor-platform support, mobile device management, optimised network operations centers (NOC) services and enhanced overall reliability.
'We're really excited to have LabTech onboard,' says Mark Charleton, co-founder and director at Blue Solutions. 'We only work with vendors that we believe have products and services that add competitive advantage to our resellers' businesses. LabTech RMM is a perfect example. It is a unique solution that enables improved efficiency of support provision, better quality of service, and dramatic cost reduction. We are confident that LabTech will be a great fit for many of our MSP customers who are committed to providing leading-edge service to their end-users, together with an attractive recurring revenue model.'
LabTech is committed to the channel and is offering dedicated training schedules, an annual partner conference and a strong commitment to regular software updates.
'We appreciate Blue Solutions for their commitment to small to medium resellers and MSPs,' said Matt Nachtrab, LabTech Software CEO. 'With complementary vendors, an established network of resellers, a growing team of in-house product experts, Blue Solutions is an ideal representative for LabTech in the UK channel.'

LabTech is the only Managed Service tool for remote monitoring, management, (RMM) and automation developed by a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for MSPs. Our affordable, agent-based platform so closely emulates what technicians do in the field that techs can provide the same support remotely. Because we understand how to manage a growing MSP business, we make it easier to procure their software and allow partners to add agents as they grow.
