Being named in Internet Retailer's Hot 100 list is no easy feat.
There is a team of 16 editors and research analysts that look at
thousands of sites each year, evaluating and taking notes on the site
search, photos, product videos, social media activity, mobile commerce
and more. Each team member then nominates 20 noteworthy e-commerce sites
and they compile that list with other recommendations from industry
experts. The team then gets together to pitch their recommendations,
debate amongst one another and review sites to further refine the list
until they vote and agree on the year's Hot 100.
Sailthru customers included in this year's Hot 100 include Fab.com, Jack
Threads, Bourbon & Boots and Lolly Wolly Doodle.
"It's a privilege to have the opportunity to work with these e-retailers
and we're proud to be involved in both the strategy and execution that
helped to earn them this recognition from Internet Retailer," said Alex
