Role on RegenSW board for legal expert [Western Morning News (England)](Western Morning News (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A leading renewable energy lawyer has been elected to the board of directors of not-forprofit sustainable energy organisation Regen SW. Sonya Bedford, partner and head of renewable energy law at Stephens Scown LLP has been elected as a nonexecutive director. Ms Bedford is supporting Regen SW's work on a project to support collaboration on grid reinforcement, aiming to reduce costs for developers and to develop grid capacity in areas where costs are proving prohibitive for individual projects. Under her leadership, Stephens Scown's renewable energy team has gone from strength to strength, currently supporting renewable energy projects generating a total of 350mW.
