Vonage Holdings names Joe Redling as President of Consumer Services, US and CanadaDec 03, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Vonage Holdings Corp (NYSE:VG), a provider of communication services through the cloud, announced on Monday the appointment of Joe Redling as president of Consumer Services - US and Canada, effective immediately. In his new role, Redling will manage the P&L of Vonage's core business, which includes domestic and international long distance calling products and services. He will report to Marc Lefar, CEO of the company. Also, effective with his appointment, Redling has resigned from the company's board of directors, on which he has served since 2011. Redling most recently was president and CEO of NutriSystem Inc, from May 2008 to November 2012 and served as chairman of that company's board of directors until April 2012. Prior to joining NutriSystem, he held a number of executive positions at AOL from 1999 to 2007, including chief marketing officer; president of AOL Access; president of AOL Paid Services and Customer Management and CEO of AOL International.
