Cameroon sucks 435bn CFA from oil in 2013 - report [Agence de Presse Africaine](Agence de Presse Africaine Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Crude oil sales generated about 434.92 billion CFA francs to Cameroon up to 31 October 2013 against 278.3 billion CFA francs in 2012, the National Oil Company (SNH) said.However, sales record a decline to the tune of 4.18% compared to the last year, due to price fluctuations on the world market. SNH depends on positive prospects that could boost the production by 25% in 2014, due to the discovery or the development of new oil rigs or natural gas fields. The National hydrocarbon company also look forward to consolidating its oil proceeds in 2014, not only by increasing the tariff of the passage rights for the Chadian oil through Cameroon's territory, but also by Niger using the same pipeline for the transport of its oil.
