Top 3 Carriers All Get TD-LTE LicensesBEIJING, Dec 04, 2013 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has granted TD-LTE license to China Mobile as well as TD-LTE and FDD LTE dual licenses to China Telecom and China Unicom respectively. Not long ago, the government agency has declared TD-LTE frequency range resources to be granted to the top three carriers. The 4G licenses granted signaled formal commercialization of 4G network, terminals and service, which will accelerate expansion of the top three carriers in corresponding fields.
