Vietnam's retail sales to gain momentum as of end-2013 [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports]
(IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Vietnam's retail sales are likely to gain momentum at the end of this year, as the chief shopping season is about to begin. According to Le Ngoc Son, Chairman of the Vietnam Electronics Enterprises' Association (VEEA), the phone market is expected to improve, while the electronics market grew slowly this year.
The retail sales of electronics, cars and motorcycles are projected to expand by strengthening the distribution system, in order to decrease prices, decline inventory and promote production. The nation's Ministry of Industry and Trade is expected to implement the pact on priority use of the products produced by the enterprises under the ministry's management.
