Accountancy firm to merge three offices [Derby Evening Telegraph (England)]

(Derby Evening Telegraph (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A FIRM of accountants and business advisers has confirmed that it is leaving Derby in order to set up a regional office at Castle Donington.

Cooper Parry has said it will merge its Derby, Nottingham and Leicester offices to create a "super office" at the Pegasus Business Park, next to East Midlands Airport.

The firm's Derby office is situated on Pride Park.

The move, which will take place early next year, will see 200 staff from across the three East Midlands offices come together under one roof. This includes the audit, tax, restructuring, corporate finance, transaction services, IT and wealth management teams.

Chief executive Ade Cheatham said: "This is a very exciting time for us as we continue to work towards our goal of becoming number one in all our core business areas - providing a higher quality, iconic working environment, which will enable us to better attract and retain the most talented people in our field is critical to this."
