NFCG Conference on Corporate Governance

With the focus towards promoting good Corporate Governance as key tool to foster business growth, create sustainable value, and stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship, National Foundation for Corporate Governance is organizing a Conference on Corporate Governance on 12-13 December 2013 at Chennai. Mr Sachin Pilot, Hon'ble Minister for Corporate Affairs is the Chief Guest and will deliver the Inaugural Address at the Conference.
The main objective of the Conference will be to deliberate on the challenges of complying with the new corporate governance requirements and also encourage companies to adopt a strategic approach to meet these challenges.
The one and half day Conference will have discussion on various new concepts and themes introduced through the new Companies Act 2013 -
