Corp. ("DFC Global" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:DLLR) have until January
21, 2014, to move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff in the securities
fraud class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of a class (the "Class")
comprising all purchasers of DFC Global common stock between January 28,
2011 and August 22, 2013, inclusive (the "Class Period").
DFC Global provides retail financial services, including unsecured

buying. The Complaint alleges that the Company and certain of its
executive officers failed to disclose that the Company:

understated its loan loss rates;

inflated its earnings guidance for fiscal 2013; and,

failed to comply with industry regulations and guidance.
