Smith announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on behalf of a class (the "Class") comprising all purchasers of the securities of Lumber Liquidators Holdings, Inc. ("Lumber Liquidators" or the "Company") (NYSE:LL) between February 22, 2012 and November 21, 2013, inclusive (the "Class Period"). Please contact of Law Offices of Howard G. Lumber Liquidators operates as a specialty retailer of hardwood flooring and hardwood flooring enhancements and accessories.
