been filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of Virginia on behalf of a class (the "Class") comprising all purchasers
of the securities of Lumber Liquidators Holdings, Inc. ("Lumber
Liquidators" or the "Company") (NYSE:LL) between February 22, 2012 and

Lumber Liquidators operates as a specialty retailer of hardwood flooring

governing formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products, and that
the Company imported flooring products sourced from illegally logged
