Nola Masterson, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry Leader, Joins Nativis, Inc. as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors

Inc., a Seattle-based life sciences company, announced today that
Ms. Nola Masterson joined the company as Special Advisor to the Board of
Directors. Ms. Masterson brings decades of pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industry leadership and experience, and will provide
valuable guidance to Nativis' board governance.

Ms. Masterson is the former president and CEO for Sequenom Inc., serves
as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Repros Therapeutics Inc. and
is the chairman emeritus for the BayBio Institute. Ms. Masterson is a
board advisor for Life Sciences of Astia, dedicated to women
entrepreneurs, sits on the Board of Directors for the Stillheart
Institute and is an adjunct professor at University of San Francisco,
School of Management. Ms. Masterson also serves on the California State
University Advisory Board.
