BRIEF: Nechie Hall appointed as interim president and CEO at Fine Arts Center [The Gazette (Colorado Springs, Colo.)](Gazette (Colorado Springs, CO) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Dec. 17--Nechie Hall will start Jan. 2 as the interim president and CEO at the Fine Arts Center. She and her late husband founded PRACO (Public Relations Advertising Company), which is now Vladimir Jones. She still serves as CEO and chairman, but retired from the day-to-day operations of the company, now led by her daughter, Meredith Hall Vaughan. Hall replaces FAC board chairman Jim Raughton, who has served as acting CEO since the departure of previous CEO Sam Gappmayer.
