SullivanCotter Taps Nanci Hibschman as National Practice Director for Private Foundations and Public Charities [Professional Services Close - Up]


(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc., a compensation, benefits and human resources management consulting firm, has named Nanci Hibschman as National Practice Director for Private Foundations and Public Charities.



According to a release, in this role, Hibschman will be charged with leading the Firm's rapidly expanding business in the not-for- profit sector by serving foundations, national and global charities, associations, university endowments, cultural institutions and other philanthropic organizations. She will also guide development of compensation and benefit surveys for this segment of the not-for- profit community.

Hibschman joins SullivanCotter with over 18 years of experience in executive, investment group and employee compensation. Throughout her career, she has served clients across multiple industries and, in the last 10 years, has been exclusively dedicated to serving not- for-profit organizations, becoming a recognized expert in this space. Her deep technical expertise spans executive and employee total compensation, endowment and foundation investment group incentive plan design and board advisory services in all aspects affecting organizations in an increasingly complex tax-exempt environment.

Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Hibschman was a Partner at Mercer, where she led the national Tax-Exempt Organization industry team and was responsible for overseeing the advice, standards and methodology and intellectual capital of Mercer's not-for-profit clients. She also co-authored several Mercer Perspective articles on matters affecting tax-exempt organizations. In addition, Hibschman was a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant in the Human Capital Practice of Deloitte Consulting.
