Firm lands garden centres deal [Herald, The (Scotland)](Herald, The (Scotland) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SHOPPING centre marketing company SpaceandPeople is seeking to cultivate the interest of older shoppers after netting a five-year contract with a garden centre chain. It has an exclusive five-year deal with The Garden Centre Group which runs 142 centres under the Wyvale, Blooms and Country Gardens brands. Chief executive Matthew Bending said: "Increasingly brands want to access the buying power of an older demographic with high disposable income and ample leisure time."
