(New Straits Time (Malaysia) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Low cost calls with Viber Out
FROM Viber now comes Viber Out, a new feature to enable low-cost calls to any mobile or landline phone number around the world.
Viber Out enables all Viber users to call on Android, iPhone and Desktop by buying credit through an in-app purchase via either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store or using a credit card via Viber Desktop.
It has a lower price-per-call than other competing services due to lower per minute rates and the omission of connection fees. Viber Out displays your real phone number to the recipient and Viber Out on Desktop has your phone's address book so you don't have to remember numbers or dial them manually.
Viber Out is not available for Windows Phone.
Nokia Storyteller app
Nokia Lumia device users can bring their memories to life with the Nokia Storyteller app.
The app automatically sorts photographs, videos, cinemagraphs and other media files into an attractive timeline, with collections of photographs organised into 'stories'.
The stories are arranged by time and location, and by pinching out, it's possible to see exactly where you've been and where you took the photo - on an interactive map. Your night out in the city, for example, can become a deeper story when you can show people where the restaurant was, or tell them the name of the places in the background.
This way, you can effectively retrace your steps across the city as you tell your story.
