Geely also earned two honors during the conference: "Zhejiang Province's Excellent Enterprise in the release of corporate social responsibility reports" and "Best Case Enterprise in Promoting Enterprise Information Disclosure through Boosting Corporate Social Responsibilities in Zhejiang and Shanxi Province".     Yang Xueliang, Chief Public Relations Officer of Geely Holding Group, said in the conference that Geely has established a complete management and governance system in the field of corporate social responsibility management, and integrated the system into corporate development strategies. The current system is able to effectively respond to the appeals from relevant interested parties. "Environmental Protection" and "Talents Education" are two major topics of greatest concern for Geely at the present stage in the field of corporate social responsibilities.      Yang Xueliang expressed that in the environmental protection field Geely upholds the corporate mission of "making the safest, most environmental-friendly and most efficient cars", takes a firm stand in technological innovation of automobile safety and environmental protection and accelerates the development and utilization of technologies in energy conservation and emission reduction and air purification. The improved interior air quality control technology has been applied in all Geely car models. In 2012, during a "Healthy Cars" test organized by a third party, Geely's Emgrand EC8 was one of the healthy cars recommended by the "Healthy Cars" test.

Geely believes that employees are the source of innovation of a company and the decisive force for its development. Geely upholds the ideal that "Talent resources are the primary resources" and takes talents as the most valuable asset of the company. Geely also has created four career development paths for its employees and actively helped them plan proper career paths in line with their individual needs in order to build confidence in their career development and realize everyone's personal development goal.         Themed "Deepening Reform, Innovation-driven, Shouldering responsibility", the conference was jointly hosted by Zhejiang Province Economic and Information Commission, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Banking Regulatory Bureau, Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Commission and Zhejiang Federation of Industrial Economics.  Deputy Director General of Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Fan Bin; Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, Zhu Hengfu; Deputy director of Zhejiang Province Economic and Information Commission, Li Shangkui; Executive Vice Chairman of China Federation of Industrial Economics, Lu Yaohua; Chairman of Zhejiang Federation of Industrial Economics, Zhejiang Enterprise Confederation and Zhejiang Enterprise Directors Association, Zhang Weiwen; leaders from Zhejiang Banking Regulatory Bureau, Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Commission and representatives from more than 180 enterprises attended this year's Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility Reports by Enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
