Jo'burg Stock Exchange gets woman chair [Agence de Presse Africaine]
(Agence de Presse Africaine Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Africa's Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), has appointed a new chairwoman, press reports said Saturday.Nonkululeko Nyembezi-Heita will take over from the current chairman Humphrey Borkum who has spent 40 years at the JSE, with the last 11 years as chairman of the top market.
Nyembezi-Heita will take over her new position in March 2014. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal South Africa, the multinational metal firm.
