Kids find porn on new Nintendo DS purchased from Walmart(UPI Top Stories Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A Virginia family said they found pornographic images on their son's new Nintendo DS gaming console he received for Christmas. "He went to play his games, not knowing anything was on it," Mayhew said. "After a while, [the kids] took pictures of themselves and when the picture was taken it went to a file." Mayhew's 8-year-old son then opened the file and found the pictures. "It was a shocker because we had family here, and there were a lot of kids here," Mayhew added. "The kids were the ones that discovered those pictures." The pictures were timestamped in early December, and Mayhew bought the console from Walmart on Dec. 23, WAVY-TV, Portsmouth, Va., reported. "It was possibly a bought item at one time and returned," Mayhem added. "Those things were not deleted from it, so it wasn't a new product. It was a used product."
