GPIC Chairman praises excellent results [Bahrain News Agency](Bahrain News Agency Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Manama: Dec. 31 -- (BNA): The Advisor to the Premier for Industrial and Oil Affairs also GPIC's board of directors Chairman Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa praised the excellent outcomes and accomplishments and record figures achieved by the GPIC's workers. Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa praised national cadres in the company who are the secret behind the company's successes citing their professionalism and loyalty which enabled the firm to implement its planned goals despite the current challenges in the regional and international petrochemical and fertilizer products markets. Shaikh Isa praised the company's result in the year 2013 and said that the overall periodical maintenance was successfully completed in early December last year which boosted the robustness and reliability of the company's plants, operational processes and enabled the company to perform effectively thanks to the strict compliance of its employees to the one-team work mechanism and their unwavering perseverance. GPIC achieved highest daily and yearly productivity figures since the beginning of the year. This high productivity translates the company's policy, procedures and managerial wisdom. Also, GPIC's President, engineer Abdul-Rahman Jawahery, revealed that the company has accomplished many feats not only in a single aspect but in all aspects of productivity, exports, safety, environmental and management systems. He said that the company received several awards and this was undoubtedly proof of its excellent performance and continual efforts to attain sustainable development of its commercial activities, social responsibility amongst GPIC's priorities to which it pays full attention.
