The co-inventors are Alistair K. Chan, Bainbridge Island, Wash., Roderick A. Hyde, Redmond, Wash., Jordin T. Kare, Seattle, Lowell L. Wood Jr., Bellevue, Wash., and Victoria Y.H. Wood, Livermore, Calif.
