DySIS Medical Appoints Robert Cascella as ChairmanEDINBURGH, Scotland --(Business Wire)-- DySIS Medical Ltd, a medical devices company active within Women's Health, today announces that Robert Cascella has joined as Chairman of the board of directors of the Company effective January 2014. His appointment further strengthens the board following a year of investment and growth in 2013. Mr. Cascella was previously Chief Executive Officer and President of Hologic Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of diagnostic products, medical imaging systems, and surgical products for Women's Healthcare, between 2003 and 2013. He has over 30 years of senior management, operational and finance experience. Prior to Hologic, Mr. Cascella served as Managing Partner of CFG Capital LLC, an investment banking firm specialising in healthcare and was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance at NeoVision Corporation, a developer of 3D ultrasound technology used for real-time guidance of interventional breast procedures.
