Andesa Adds Michelle L. Cramer, FSA, MAAA has joined its team as Lead Actuary. Previously, she worked at The Hartford in Florham Park, N.J. serving in a number of roles, including Assistant Director and Senior Actuarial Consultant; Senior Actuarial Associate; Actuarial Associate; and Senior Actuarial Analyst. Cramer earned her bachelor of arts in mathematics from The College of New Jersey and is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
