On December 31, 2013, Greg Berk, M.D. informed BIND Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to resign as the Company's Chief Medical Officer in order to pursue another opportunity. Dr. Berk's resignation will be effective on January 14, 2014. Dr. Berk is not resigning due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
