Marla B. Matthews Joins Cleveland, Waters and Bass
CONCORD, N.H. --(Business Wire)--
Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A., today announces that Marla B. Matthews
will join the firm on February 1, 2014, as a member of its Trust and
Estates Practice Area.
Marla represents clients in matters of preservation and transfer of
wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning,
estate and trust administration, and public benefits planning. In
addition to estate planning, Marla represents clients in the regulated
industries and works with school districts on education-related matters.
Marla is an officer of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a mentor for the Circle Program,
headquartered in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
Marla is a member of the New Hampshire Bar. She earned a B.S. (magna
cum laude) from Keene State College, and a J.D. from Northeastern
University School of Law. She formerly served as a law clerk to the
Honorable James E. Duggan, associate justice of the New Hampshire
Supreme Court.
