"CHAP is grateful for Mr. Schneider's commitment and above-and- beyond service as board Chair and knows that he has left the position in very capable hands," said Karen Collishaw, CHAP President and CEO. "We look forward to the leadership Ms. Buff will continue to provide, in addition to the wealth of skills and experience these new members bring, as CHAP grows in response to the increasing demand for excellence in home and community-based care."
