Kofax to Announce Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended December 31, 2013 on February 4, 2014

Chief Executive Officer Reynolds C. Bish and Chief Financial Officer Jamie Arnold will present those results and conduct a question and answer session in the London offices of FTI Consulting on February 4 at 1:00 p.m. U.K. time / 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time.
