ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 17 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,630,115) developed by Luigi Pascucci, Sesto San Giovanni, Italy, and Paolo Rolandi, Voghera, Italy, for a "non-volatile electronic memory device with NAND structure being monolithically integrated on semiconductor."
