(Nasdaq: FFNM) (the "Company) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of February 3, 2014 and will be paid on or about February 15, 2014. The Company has 2,884,049 shares of common stock outstanding.
