Hope for the Warriors Announces New Members to Board of Directors

Each new member joins a group of professionals dedicated to supporting today’s military families. Hope For The Warriors® is a national nonprofit organization that assists post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty.



The newest members of the Board of Directors are Lieutenant Colonel Bob Myers, USA (Ret.), CEO of Casey’s General Store and Major General Robert Dickerson, USMC (Ret.), Military Advocate. Bill Nelson, former Chairman and CEO of HBO®, joined the Board in early 2013 and now has accepted the additional role of Vice Chairman and Secretary to the Board of Directors.

These three corporate and military leaders join a distinguished and dedicated Board of Directors that includes: Jack Marin, Of Counsel, Williams Mullen; Paul McTear, President/CEO, Raycom Media; Harry Bridgwood, Executive Vice President, The New Water Street Corporation; Robin Kelleher, President/CEO, Hope For The Warriors®; Captain Dan Moran, USMC (Ret.), Chairman/CEO/President, Moran Enterprises; James Whaley, Vice President, Corporate Communications, Sealed Air Corporation; and Rich Wood, President, Plaza Construction Corporation.
