Virginia Beach native Pharrell Williams was the belle of the ball, on screen from start to finish. He won more trophies -- five -- than anyone else. 2. Pharrell's hat was the real star of the show. Brown, large and shaped with dimples that looked they were kicked in by a moose, the hat was reminiscent of something a drunken forest ranger would don. Almost instantly, the hat became the talk of the Internet, inspiring several parody Twitter accounts; multiple Photoshopped images that placed the headgear on other stars, from Madonna to Taylor Swift; and a minor beef with fast food chain Arby's, which jokingly demanded its hat back. Turns out, the hat is an early '80s vintage Vivienne Westwood product inspired by Malcolm McClaren.
