California American Water Provides Educational Water Videos to Customers Online

Three new videos about water conservation, the value of water and how California American Water provides water to its customers are now accessible through their website.

The three videos entitled The Value of Water Service, Conserving Water and From Plant to Tap provide educational information on the many ways to conserve water, helping California American Water customers save money, protect the environment and help ensure water is available for future generations. Each video also features clips of California American Water customers sharing why saving water is important to them and the actions they take each day to conserve water. The Value of Water Service vido demonstrates ways California American Water customers save water and why saving water is important to them. The video continues with examples of everyday, simple ways customers can conserve water and help improve the sustainability of the environment.



The From Plant to Tap video, explains how California American Water delivers high quality reliable water service to more than 630,000 people in 50 communities throughout Northern, Central and Southern parts of the state. It continues with a brief history of when California American Water pipelines were first installed, in the early 1900's, and how many of these pipelines are still serving customers today.

The last video, Water and You, educates customers on how California American Water provides high quality water service. The video demonstrates how California American Water is able to provide drinking water of higher quality than the government requires and educates customers on how their water bills are invested directly into their local water systems.
