Innography Wins Two 2014 SIIA Content CODiE Awards

AUSTIN, Texas --(Business Wire)--

Innography, the innovative software provider of better intellectual property answers for improved business results, was named a winner in two separate categories for the 2014 SIIA CODiE Awards. Innography's Intellectual Property Business Intelligence (IPBI) solution was named "Best Legal Information Solution" and "Best Service Using Aggregated Content." Winners represent the information industry's best products, technologies and services created by or for media, publishers and information services providers.

"It is truly an honor for Innography to be the only double-winner product in this year's Content CODiE Awards," said John F. Martin, CEO of Innography. "This accomplishment is a direct reflection of Innography's product leadership in patent analysis and intellectual property analytics that drive unparalleled client impact."

As the "Best Legal Information Solution," Innography was reconized for its leading industry information solution specifically focused on the legal profession. Innography's true semantic search and proprietary analytics such as PatentStrength™ provide capabilities far beyond the usual patent search tools for legal researchers.

The "Best Service Using Aggregated Content" category recognized Innography for its ability to assemble, correct and correlate information from hundreds of intellectual property data sources from over 100 countries presenting results to users as a unified information source with innovative visualizations for unique insights.

"SIIA's 2014 Content CODiE Award winners are some of the most innovative, high-impact content products out there," said Kathy Greenler Sexton, SIIA vice president and general manager for the content division. "We congratulate all of this year's CODiE Award winners, and thank them for the contributions they have made to the information industry."

The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-reviewed awards program, with over 700 product nominees in 2014. The first round review of all nominees is conducted by media, publishing and information services executives with considerable industry expertise, including members of the industry, analysts, media and bloggers, and bankers and investors. The judges are responsible for selecting the CODiE Awards finalists. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products and scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners.
