Alfardan Group initiative supports National Sport Day [Gulf Times (Qatar)]

(Gulf Times (Qatar) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Alfardan Group will organise an internal Sports Day on February 11 at Al Ahli Sports Club to mark Qatar's celebration of National Sport Day and in support of the government's vision to establish the country as a premier global sports hub.


Now in its third year, the Alfardan Sports Day is expected to draw hundreds of sports enthusiasts from Alfardan Group of Companies as athletes from different departments will participate in various sporting events, including football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, badminton, swimming and tennis.

While supporting the National Sport Day, the Alfardan Sports Day initiative will also reinforce a feeling of camaraderie among all employees, which is a key fundamental strategy of the company's corporate social responsibility.

The Group's management and employees have been actively involved in preparations to ensure the success of the event, which strongly reaffirms the commitment of Alfardan Group towards the initiative in line with the vision of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to create a healthier society for people of all ages, genders and nationalities in Qatar by enhancing sports in our daily lives.
