(NYSE MKT: HRT) today announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 99 Erdman Way, Leominster, Massachusetts for shareholders of record as of April 2, 2014.
