Industry Analyst Jeff Kagan: Congrats to AT&T Ranking Highest in JD Power 2014 Wireless Purchase Satisfaction Study for 2nd Year in a Row

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 22, 2014 AT&T ranked highest once again in another customer satisfaction study. This is the J.D. Power Wireless Purchase Satisfaction Study, according to Fierce Wireless, Feb 21. This is the second year in a row where AT&T topped the study.

Industry analyst Jeff Kagan offers congratulations and offers comment.

“AT&T is really transforming themselves and customers are noticing. Over the last decade, AT&T was always the quickest to innovate, first to move full force into smartphones and first with the iPhone to mention a few. However that pace and level of innovation often choked their networks when too many users tried to use the network at the same time,” says Tech analyst Jeff Kagan.

“That was yesterday. Today things are different. During the last couple years AT&T is winning award after award for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. They are typically number one in these areas,” says Technology analyst Kagan.

“J.D. Power just announced that AT&T won the highest ranking in their 2014 Wireless Purchase Satisfaction Study. This is two years in a row. This is another big win for AT&T, but more so for their customers,” says Principal analyst Kagan.

“So congratulations to AT&T. Keep up the good work. Your customers appreciate it,” says Kagan.
