On 19th Feb, Symantec disclosed concerning the new framework and has published a blog penned by Garrett Jones, vice presidents of global channel operations, to aid partners understand the new modifications.
As per Jones, new competencies would be assisting partners emphasizing their potentialities to customers, which, in theory anyway, should help them close business faster. Partners will build the capabilities required to sell and implement our solutions, and once partners have obtained the capabilities for a given competency, many of the benefits defined in the program become available," he says.
