Assurant Solutions Contact Center Director Named Silver Stevie® Award Winner

Assurant Solutions, a leading global provider of extended service contracts, today announced that Jimmy Griffith, director of quality assurance, was presented a silver award at the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards recognized Griffith for excellence and achievement in the contact center leader of the year category. This is the fourth Stevie award Assurant has won in the past three years.

Griffith led the relocation of an Assurant Solutions customer contact center to Oregon and was instrumental in recruiting, hiring, training and developing local employees. Under his leadership, the team has met or exceeded all performance measurements, consistently received high customer ratings, attained a company-wide low in contact center employee turnover and achieved significant efficiencies.
