Milestone Technologies, Inc. (MILESTONE) promoted Tara Spencer to Vice President of Corporate Operations. A seasoned corporate administration executive with a background in business operations and facilities management, Spencer is recognized as an effective leader who supports the corporate infrastructure and delivery for MILESTONE's growth worldwide.

Spencer is responsible for driving MILESTONE's growth globally in corporate operations and facilities management. She is responsible for supporting key corporate initiatives to position MILESTONE as a global IT industry leader. As MILESTONE continues to grow our team and expand globlly, Spencer is instrumental in ensuring that our operations scale appropriately.



Previously the Director of Corporate Operations at MILESTONE, Spencer joined the company in 2000 providing administrative support before moving into office management in 2003. In 2013, she successfully orchestrated the largest facilities project implementation in MILESTONE's history with the opening of MILESTONE's Chico Contact Center. Her expertise in office operations build out, facilities, vendor and project management helped the company execute this project in under 30 days.

Prior to joining MILESTONE, Spencer assisted in managing business operations for her family-owned business in Eureka, CA (News - Alert). She provided oversight of day-to-day operations in accounting, sales, marketing, and merchandising for the company.
