It adversely affected thousands of lives and left countless people homeless. United Bank Limited (UBL), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Indus Earth Trust (IET) to help build Niabat Village to provide much needed relief and shelter to the displaced. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ali Hasnain, Group Executive, Retail Bank, UBL, Mr. Shahid Khan, CEO, Indus Earth Trust and senior executives from the bank. "UBL wants to help the people of Balochistan by enabling them to rebuild their homes, which were destroyed in the earthquake, so that they can move on with their lives.
