QUMU CORP FILES (8-K) Disclosing Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement, Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders, Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ITEM 1.02 TERMINATION OF A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT. On March 10, 2014, Qumu Corporation (the "Company") entered into an Amendment No. 2 dated as of March 10, 2014 (the "Amendment") to the Rights Agreement, dated as of September 17, 2003 by and between the Company and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. as rights agent, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated September 11, 2013 (collectively the "Rights Agreement"). The Amendment was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on March 10, 2014. The Amendment changes the "Final Expiration Date" in Section 7(a) of the Rights Agreement from September 16, 2016 to March 21, 2014, effectively terminating the Rights Agreement as of that date.
