MINERALS TECHNOLOGIES INC FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On March 10, 2014, Minerals Technologies Inc. (the "Company") and Joseph C. Muscari, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, entered into a Fourth Amendment (the "Fourth Amendment") to Mr. Muscari's Employment Agreement dated November 7, 2006. Pursuant to the Fourth Amendment, the term of Mr. Muscari's employment has been increased from seven (7) years to eight (8) years, with the term ending no earlier than March 1, 2015, and the Company agreed to provide Mr. Muscari certain office and administrative assistance after his retirement.
