indiCo Announces New Board Members


(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OBERLIN, Ohio, March 14 -- The National Association of College Stores issued the following news release: indiCo announced its new board of directors chairman, as well as four other board members, during CAMEX 2014, the National Association of College Stores' (NACS) annual convention and trade show.



Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Oberlin, OH, indiCo is an independent subsidiary of NACS created to assist independent college stores.

Mark Frisby, CCR, general manager of MSU Bookstore, Inc., Bozeman, MT, was installed as the new chair of the board. Frisby succeeds Noah P. Barsky, Ph.D., CPA, CMA, associate professor, Villanova University, Villanova, PA.


New directors are: Charles D. Kissel, MBA, associate executive director, Titan Shops, Fullerton, CA; Robert Meyers, director, The Chico State Wildcat Store California State University, Chico, CA; and Laura Stevens, director of auxiliary operations, Maryville University Bookstore, St. Louis, MO. The NACS executive committee also appointed an ex-officio member to the indiCo board: Anthony G. Martin, NACS board president elect, and director of the Houston Baptist University Bookstore in Houston, TX. He replaces George G. Masforroll, NACS board immediate past president, and associate vice president, auxiliary services, Broward College, Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Remaining board members are Jeffrey R. Zeilenga, Ed.D., assistant vice chancellor for student affairs, The Mizzou Store, Columbia, MO; Ryan Petersen, chief executive officer, Verba Software, San Francisco, CA; and Ed Schlichenmayer, indiCo president and COO, and NACS deputy CEO, Oberlin, OH.
