Catholic Health Initiatives and Conifer Health Solutions Co-Present At ACHE 2014 Congress

Conifer Health Solutions said today that Megan North, president of its Value-Based Care business line, and James Slaggert, vice president of Integrated Networks for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), based in Englewood, Co., will address the American College of Healthcare Executives' Annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership (ACHE Congress).

During their interactive presentation, entitled "The Journey to Value-Based Performance," North and Slaggert will chronicle the challenges in transitioning from fee-for-service to fee-for-value. The co-presenters also will discuss how granular data and comprehensive population health management strategies form the foundation of performance-based care delivery.

The 2014 ACHE Congress will take place March 22-27 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. North and Slaggert will deliver their presentation on March 26 in Session 80X from 8:45-10:15 a.m. in the Regency C, Gold Level ballroom in the west tower of the Hyatt.
