Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and Patent License Agreement with Nuance Communications, Inc.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Acacia Research (News - Alert) Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that its
Computer Software Protection LLC subsidiary has entered into a
settlement and patent license agreement with Nuance (News - Alert) Communications, Inc.
The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States
District Court for the District of Delaware.
