DELL SET TO ENTER IT HEALTHCARE MARKET IN INDIA(Indian Business Insight Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Global technology giant Dell is set to enter the information technology (IT) healthcare market in India with a new cloud-based solution targeted at mid-sized hospitals having more than 100 beds or with lesser beds if they are part of a hospital chain. Dell's cloud-based healthcare solution has human resource, procurement, finance and ERP all integrated into one platform - which can be accessed by end-users like back-office staff, nurses and physicians. Dell has proposed to offer the service under the Software-as-a-Service model where the user will pay depending on the usage. Dell's business spans hardware, software and IT services. |
