TD Bank Names Jeffery Wacker Managing Director in Asset-based Lending [Secured Lender, The]
(Secured Lender, The Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Jeffery W. Wacker as managing director, head of business development in Asset-based Lending (ABL). He is responsible for overseeing the new business origination team in the U.S.
"Jeff is a great asset to the TD ABL team - he brings a deep domain expertise which cuts across many critical areas of ABL, along with a high energy level and a customer-centric approach to the markets that we serve," said Joseph Nemia, head of Asset-based Lending at TD Bank.
Prior to his new role at TD Bank, Wacker served as director, syndications and leverage finance atTD Securities in New York. He has more than 15 years of leverage finance and syndication experience in the U.S. and Europe.
A resident of New York, NY, Wacker is a member of the Corporate Finance Association (CFA) and a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Conn.
